Lindsay + Colin

Lindsay and Colin are two of the sweetest, calmest down-to-earth people – not only on their wedding day, but all the time! Can’t you just tell by this triptych? Adorable and totally in love with each other! I first met up with Lindsay and Colin at my home office in Dover, NH and we soon discovered that they lived right in the same town. We talked about their love story, their jobs (I’ll get back to that in a minute), and their love for beer, of course. We hit it right off! In a couple of weeks I delivered a special brew by Smuttynose – I knew they would appreciate it since Colin is a serious home brewer himself; check out the home brew that he and Lindsay bottled and labeled as favors for their wedding guests! Within a few months I happened to drive by their apartment building and they were just packing up on an exciting new adventure – Lindsay took a job as the Assistant Gift Processor at the Bronx Zoo and Colin as the Aquarist Relief Keeper at the Turtle Back Zoo in New Jersey, a long way from home. They were so proud, a bit nervous, but ever-smiling as always. Their wedding day was no different: proud, nervous, and smiling – all day long. There was never a moment of panic or stress, just calm and smiling at a beautiful venue with amazing food, killer views, and yummy homebrew. What more can a photographer ask for?
